Service Description

CoreOTP منصة تتيح للتجار استقبال وتوصيل أكواد التحقق (OTP) تلقائياً لعملائهم عبر روابط فريدة.

CoreOTP is a platform that enables merchants to automatically receive and deliver OTP (One-Time Password) verification codes to their customers via unique links.

الاستخدام المقبول

Acceptable Use

يوافق المستخدم على:

Users agree to:

• استخدام الخدمة للأغراض القانونية فقط
• عدم مشاركة بيانات الدخول مع أطراف غير مصرّح لها
• عدم محاولة اختراق أو إساءة استخدام النظام
• الالتزام بشروط المنصات المرتبطة (Google، Microsoft)

• Use the service for legal purposes only
• Not share login credentials with unauthorized parties
• Not attempt to hack or abuse the system
• Comply with the terms of linked platforms (Google, Microsoft)

صلاحيات الوصول للبريد الإلكتروني

Email Access Permissions

عند ربط حساب Gmail أو Outlook، يمنح المستخدم CoreOTP صلاحية قراءة البريد فقط لاستخراج أكواد OTP. نلتزم بما يلي:

When linking a Gmail or Outlook account, the user grants CoreOTP read-only access to extract OTP codes only. We commit to:

• قراءة رسائل البريد لاستخراج أكواد التحقق فقط
• عدم قراءة أو تخزين أو مشاركة محتوى الرسائل
• عدم إرسال رسائل أو تعديل إعدادات البريد
• يمكن إلغاء الصلاحية في أي وقت من إعدادات Google أو Microsoft
• استخدامنا يتوافق مع سياسة الاستخدام المحدود لـ Google وMicrosoft

• Read emails only to extract OTP verification codes
• Not read, store, or share email content
• Not send emails or modify email settings
• Permission can be revoked at any time from Google or Microsoft account settings
• Our use complies with Google's Limited Use Policy and Microsoft's terms

المسؤولية

CoreOTP غير مسؤولة عن:

CoreOTP is not responsible for:

• أي خسائر ناتجة عن سوء استخدام الخدمة
• انقطاع الخدمة المؤقت بسبب الصيانة
• أي تغييرات في سياسات المنصات الخارجية

• Any losses resulting from misuse of the service
• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance
• Any changes in external platform policies

إنهاء الخدمة

Termination

نحتفظ بالحق في إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط دون إشعار مسبق.

We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

تغييرات الشروط

Changes to Terms

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط. سنخطرك بأي تغييرات جوهرية. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدّثة.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
